In a time frame of 365 days of Representing Ifako-Ijaiye Federal Constituency at the Lower Chambers of the National Assembly.
The Deputy Chairman House Committee on Pilgrims Affairs Hon James Adisa Owolabi has left his constituent with just one word "Phenomenal".
The Honourable Member who came prepared for the 9th Assembly (House of Representatives) which was inaugurated on the 11th of June 2019, after serving as Legislative Aide during the 6th and 8th Assembly respectively. His impact has been felt in many sectors such as Empowerment, Education, Environment and habitat and especially during the Covid-19 lockdown and post lockdown period.

Hon James Adisa Owolabi moved a motion of urgent Public importance concerning the Ecological Affected Areas in Ifako-Ijaiye.

Hon James Adisa Owolabi Empowered 25 Constituents with 250,000 Naira each to support their businesses.

Hon James Adisa Owolabi MHR Ifako-Ijaiye Empowered over 300 petty traders in Ifako-Ijaiye with 20,000 Naira each.

Hon James Adisa Owolabi sponsored three Constituents for the 2020 Jerusalem pilgrimage.

📍 PHASE THREE
Cash Grants of 5000 naira to over 500 Constituents in Ifako-Ijaiye and Ojokoro to support them during the lockdown.(27th March 2020).

Donation of his two Months salary to the National Assembly to support the Federal Government on the Covid-19 pandemic. (30th March 2020).
