My warmest greetings to all my Constituents, especially the Muslim community on the completion of the 30 days Fasting in the month of Ramadan which is Observed every year as part of the lslamic practices
The month of Ramadan which is a sacred month for the Muslims to reflect on the teachings and practices of the holy prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Fasting to move closer to God, Supplication to request for favour and giving of alms to Foster love and togetherness among ourselves, May Almighty Allah accept this Ramadan as an act of ibadah.
Moving forward, the past few weeks have been challenging due to the Covid-19 pandemic that as put most Religious, social and economical activities on hold causing some level of hardship in our immediate Community.
Concerning that I have sent several relief materials to Cushion the Effect of the Lockdown, as I can feel your pains here as much as if I was at home to witness it physically.
My absence has been due to the inter-state lockdown and the resumption of the house of Representatives plenary sessions.
Special thanks to APC Leaders, Party Executives, Community leaders, Religious leaders, different social groups, Party faithful and all indigents of Ifako-Ijaiye for your continuous love , understanding and support to Owolabi omo iya elewedu.
I'm also using this medium to Appreciate my lovely wife Alhaja Fatima Balogun Owolabi (faaji) and my Aides for the successes recorded so far
I promise to give my best always so we can have the Ifako-Ijaiye of our dreams.
Please stay safe and follow the instructions from the Government concerning the easing of the Lockdown and be security conscious during this period. Alert the security Agencies if the need arises.
